How to Use Electric Diffusers & Humidifiers

Electric diffusers and humidifiers can help create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere in your space. Because different models have different features and operating requirements, always follow the instructions provided with your specific product.

Before Use

Before operating your electric diffuser or humidifier:

  1. Place the device on a stable, level and dry surface.
  2. Make sure the power cable and electrical connections are dry and safely positioned.
  3. Check the water reservoir and other components before use.

Do not operate the device on an unstable surface or where it may easily be knocked over.

Adding Water

For models that require water, use clean water and fill the reservoir only up to the recommended level.

Do not overfill the water tank, as this may cause leakage or affect the operation of the device.

Always follow the maximum water capacity specified for your particular model.

Adding Fragrance Oil

Only add fragrance oil or essential oil if your specific device is designed to support it.

Different electric diffusers and humidifiers may have different requirements. Some humidifiers are designed for water only and should not be used with oils.

Never add oil to a device unless the model specifically allows it.

Starting the Device

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and hygiene of your device.

Depending on your model:

  1. Switch off and unplug the device.
  2. Allow it to cool if necessary.
  3. Empty any unused water from the reservoir.
  4. Clean the reservoir according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Remove any residue or buildup using the recommended cleaning method.
  6. Allow the relevant parts to dry before storing or using the device again.

Do not immerse electrical components, power adapters or other parts that are not designed to come into contact with water.

How Often Should I Clean My Device?
