1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- An unboxing video is required to approve the claim.
- Used or opened products cannot be returned.
2. Refund Process
- Once the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
- Refunds may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment method.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method whenever possible.
3. Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Exchange requests must be made within the eligibility period.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not refundable.
- Products used inappropriately cannot be returned or refunded.
