  • Payment can be made via online gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • Payment details are processed securely via Shopify/payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Pakistan via trusted courier services.
  • Delivery time varies: Major cities 2–4 working days, other areas 3–6 working days.
  • Organics Aroma is not responsible for courier delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Use

  • Our products are herbal and wellness oils.
  • Customers are responsible for using products according to provided instructions.
  • Do not use if allergic or sensitive to any ingredients.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed after claim approval (5–10 working days).
