At Organic's Aroma, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that your products are packed securely and carefully for delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver orders across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage and service availability.
Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted areas depending on the courier service.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days after the order is successfully placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through the applicable courier service.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeframe is generally:
- Lahore: 2–3 working days
- Other major cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas: 4–7 working days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incomplete address details or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the order and delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.
From time to time, Organic's Aroma may offer free delivery promotions. Any free-delivery offer will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned with the relevant promotion.
Delivery Delays
While we work with courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including:

- Public holidays
- Courier service delays
- High-volume periods
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Road closures or other transportation disruptions
- Remote-area delivery limitations

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.
Please carefully check your:

- Phone number
- House or office number
- Street or block
- Area
- City
- Any other relevant delivery details
Organic's Aroma will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Any additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery or re-delivery may be applicable to the customer.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If a courier is unable to deliver your order because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us according to its applicable procedures.
If an order is returned because of incorrect information, repeated delivery failure or refusal to accept the parcel, additional charges may apply if the customer requests re-dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the applicable courier service.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.
